BACKGROUND
I am a life force regenerator. I will break you down to build you up. I miss more shots than I make. I have lost more games than I have won. 26 times I have been trusted to take a game winning shot and missed. I have failed over and over and over again in my life. And that is why I succeed. I have been life coaching family, friends and colleagues for decades. As a result of my guiding them to find the right answers to important life situations and decisions, I have been affectionately dubbed "Papa Bear". Credited with coining the phrase "That is short term thinkin'!". WORK EXPERIENCE
Director: Council of Six Coaching Consortium: I direct a group of five virtual life coaches who I convene at a moments notice to help disoriented individuals using traditional coaching, behavior modification, bodily threat, counseling, hug Massage Therapy and hypnology training to help discover and remove any blocks that may be keeping my clients from successfully achieving their personal, procreation, athletic, career and financial goals. Common issues involve building strengths and defining goals, brainstorming strategies, action planning, long-term evaluation, holistic self-integration, balancing work and personal needs, health, career development, love life and real estate advice.
Project Director: The Corporate Employee ADHD Prevention Project. Identified the correlation between corporate employees with attention and activity disorders, low potential realization, management abuse, and corporate intrusion. Help those overlooked for that last promotion. Assembled one research team to document basic concepts and another to develop a primary prevention program to support employees, families, and friends struggling with issues of employee ADHD. Developed splinter group in Portland, Oregon.
Project Director: Let's Take A Walk Program (University District). As the first Director of a new agency, I created a strong community presence with the local businesses, established office protocol and procedures, implemented colleague therapy over coffee, lunch, and support groups, developed a friends information network (FIN) and created an e-mail/communicator messaging system for coworkers serving career disoriented employees and spouses. Established Let's Take A Walk intervention methodology "Don't Swim in shark infested waters without your FINs" successfully for 5 years.
The Learning Tree - Homeless Vets/Indigent Kids Case Manager, Seattle University District: Street Advice. Provided support and taught critical thinking skills, navigational techniques, and personal development through direct interaction and one-on-one work with incontinent, indigent and street kids. Compiled analysis into street kid GIS mapping data with interactive seasonal migration maps from socal to the northwest. Developed sight recognition program that provides on the spot social support, role modeling, experiential learning, and is designed to teach goal achievement, conflict reduction and negotiation skills on the fly. Established Street Kid Fun Run/ Walk 5K.
Research Analyst: The Seattle/Portland Wheelbarrow Project. Researched data concerning qualitative versus quantitative methods to determine ideal window for positioning human interactions. Analyzed qualitative evaluation techniques for display of actions vs exposure. Worked with a team to design, implement and analyze evaluative data obtained from major programs, websites and word of mouth and co-wrote ensuing reports on optimizing position and focus for maximum human interpersonal impact.
Director: School of Hard Knocks, Hoops and After-school Program. Utilized cat-like quickness, savvy to direct very successful district-wide after-school program for abusive hoops youths. The dribble, along with the pass and the shot is one of the offensive triple threats I ensure every player has in his arsenal. Philosophy follows "Kids will do what you expect and they will also do what you let them get away with". Also designed all aspects of the day-camp program, including budget, program development, meal plan, rides home and the selection, training, and management of team.
