Who makes a stick to itself ribbon?

When I was a child my Mother had this ribbon. It was made by Hallmark. I don't think they make it anymore. I would like to buy some. The internet had some stick to itself ribbon on Ebay. It was called Vintage. I am sure Vintage meant it was out of date - old.
