ReliaBilt windows 'were' made by 2 companies. Survivor Technologies, as stated below, who lost their financial backing in late 2008 and went out of business was one. The other, and only current manufacturer to my knowledge, is Atrium Windows at their North Carolina facility, and possibly other facilities. ReliaBilt windows soild by Lowes are mad by Survivor Technologies. They are on the web:

Android process is nothing but process, its like you have a PC its running Windows and over that some process is running. So, that makes it Windows process and similarly when a process runs over the Android device its called Android Process.
Windows 95 Windows 98 Windows 2000 Windows ME Windows XP Windows Server 2003 Windows Vista Windows Server 2008 Windows 7 Windows 8 (developers build)
It is an error that will stop windows or Vista to stop working, I've had it myself a few times..sucks, it makes your internet really slow..kind of like a virus
HAL was the name of the computer in the film "2001, A Space Odyssey." The name was derived from a letter shift cipher based on IBM, each letter shifted one position to the left, so H-A-L. HAL is also a part of Windows called the Hardware Abstraction Layer. It is part of the Windows NT kernel. That also included Windows 2000 and every Windows operating system since then. It is hard to explain what it does, but it basically makes up for some of the differences between different computers and emulates some of the low-level functions. So it hides some of the differences from the rest of windows. It is sort of like a master driver for the motherboard. Windows versions come with several flavors of HAL, so the correct one is installed on the machine with Windows. To run Windows on a non-standard PC that uses x86 or x64 would require a custom HAL to be written, and the majority of the rest of Windows could run as is.
It is the brand name of Microsoft series of operating systems (e.g. windows 3.1, windows 95, windows 98, windows 98 second edition, windows 2000 windows xp, windows vista). Operating systems like Microsoft windows provides a framework that allow other software that can run on it, to be able to interact with each other, the computer hardware and the user who is using the computer
Amarr
Yes, Reliabilt is Jeld-Wen product...for some reason Lowe's wants them to label it as Reliabilt.
Reliabilt is made my Jeld Wen for Lowes and Home Depot
Atrium
Actually, while RB is a Lowe's owned brand name, the manufacturers who build under that name vary greatly. For example, RB garage doors are made by Amarr. RB patio doors are Jeld-Wen RB interior doors are manufactured by Masonite Inc. RB windows previously were Survivor, but when they went under, Atrium took over the slot. This, by the way, I can only say is true for the east. Different regions of the country have different suppliers who manufacture under the RB brand.
ReliaBilt patio doors for Lowe's are manufactured by JELD-WEN, a leading manufacturer of windows and doors. JELD-WEN has been a trusted supplier to Lowe's for many years, providing a range of quality products for customers.
Larsen windows sold by lowes
Molded doors have too much "plastic" in them to accept stain. You could try "grain painting" them if a solid color didn't work with the design
Among others: Gatehouse Allen and Roth Kobalt Project Source Reliabilt Utilitech Task Force Style Selections Blue Hawk
Survivor went out of business. They offered a lifetime warranty on their windows but now it seems impossible to get that honored.
Lowes does sell windows and doors. They do have a website and they have many of their models online that you may not be able to see in a store. The sale associates are very knowledgeable about the products as well.
Not sure which commercial you are referring to.
