Foxconn makes it. I removed mine from the case to swap it out after a fire, and Foxconn is printed on the bottom of the motherboard, and on the heatsink, as well as some of the I/O panel casings.
They use their own. I'm pretty sure all of their FX i7 line desktops use gateway tbgm01 x58. Its a decent board but you have pretty much no access to bios. You cant overclock but you can run sli or crossfire on it no prob. Hope that helps.

You just need to insert the card in to the AGP slot on your motherboard. After that you need to install the new drivers from CD or the internet.
