Parent company of the virtual monopoly claims processor of all govt health plans like medicare. Congresses gave them immunity form criminal investigations and prosecutions and internal audits of use of our monies. In 8/08, one subsidiary. Trailblazer began stealing claims and and turning them into multiple claims by using phony claim numbers and keeping the multiple payments. The initial theft was every claim back to 1/06 @2 million on my records alone. and its on- going. We caught this quickly as was already tracking the theft of one pay by having medicare Coordination of Benefits another contractor alter the official posting from the US dept of labor that showed medicare the last payer after Federal workers comp and Federal blues and its not only theft but creates an overpayment against patient and medical provider. Now its over 4 million and the criminal investigator assigned can do nothing to stop this nor can FBI cyber crimes as its a govt contractor given immunity by congress. The result is to ration care for medicare patients because Congress won't allow the thefts to be stopped. This is a private company and ACS-Xerox is interlocked with most of the govt contractors and have taken over nation after nation the same way. Who own them?
