Nobody said "A black man will be president when pigs fly". Just like the false claim that Nostradamus predicted the WTC attacks, this one is also a false rumor intended only for humor.

Not true.
In the book the Teachings of the Prophet Joseph Smith,
Joseph Smith being the founder of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints,
where his teachings were as for slavery it said
"When a black becomes president,
pigs will fly."

I have scoured that book and have been unsuccessful at finding this phrase. Please provide a reference in the book as to where it occurs.
