I don't think anyone has/would ever said that. Maybe Donkey from Shrek? Or Peter from Family Guy? Or Dora herself, as a dare to viewers? Either way, they'd be wrong.

The show's creators probably think it rhymes. According to Wikipedia, these are Chris Gifford, Valerie Walsch, and Eric Weiner.
