At the time of writing, the area around the gulf of Mexico is the most polluted sea. All thanks to America's greed of oil and the rigs owner... Transocean, which could not be bothered installing the second blow out valve. That particular area would have been fairly clean, but now because of Transocean not fitting the second device which should have sheered the pipe and stem the flow of oil, BP has instead been labelled the scapegoat as they have the money to actually do something about it. It looks as though the people of America and the Courts of America, as well as the Governmental Administration of America do not know what the rules of America are. Or else Transocean would be right before the docks now. But hey, can't blame the Americans when foreigners are around to take it right?!
