The theme song is "Don't Stop Believin" by a famous group called Journey

No it isn't! It's just a random tune at the beginning of the show that just goes: dum, dum, dum, dum, e.c.t, e.c.t. And I think it's by ... the same person(s) that narrates the show.

There isn't really a theme song that is played before each episode, but people say that their theme song is 'Don't Stop Believing', which I guess it is , really.

Also, there is a songish bit they play sometimes when scenes change, which goes: do do do do do do do doo.

Time for Some Girl Talk is Glee's ending theme song. It is featured as the credits roll in most of the episodes. It was written by one of the show's composers, James S. Levine.
