If you mean this as in "Sweet Caroline (bah-bah bah bah) good times never felt so good", it was made into a hit by Neil Diamond. He wrote, produced and sang the tune.

For some really odd reason the pop hit, released in September 1969, has become a dance house favourite, where the whole dance floor sings the lyrics. It's also sung by fans at Boston Red Sox games during the 7th inning stretch.
