I grew up there in the 60's and 70's. At one point our family was the only non-black family on the block shortly after the Watts riots. The guys that started the gang in the late 60's was the guys we played street football with as kids. This was on 109th Place. Denver Ln. was the street between Figueroa and Hoover St. As for the names, I'm not sure it's wise to put the family names down but they all lived on the block.
the crips are a gang that are in the area of LA which are the enemies of the bloods.
Nortenos are a Mexican gang under the Blood Alliance. They wear the color red to show their affiliation to the Bloods and their main rivals are gangs under the Mexican Mafia & the Crips. Gangs under the Mexican Mafia wear the colors brown and white & the Crips wear the color blue. LA as in Los Angeles California or LA as in Louisiana? either way Nortenos are Bloods and as u know Bloods are all over...They started in Los Angeles Cali so of course they're there and they're also in Louisiana

No... People say that cause T. Rodgers came from Chicago to Los Angeles and started a Black P Stone chapter in LA... But other gangs who were defending themselves against the Crips started the Bloods and BPS eventually had to adapt...
