Kiara is his daughter and his first and only child. In a very popular, profit fanfiction series, he had a son named Kopa, but that indeed is only fanfiction. Canonly, Simba only had the daughter, Kiara.This is easily evident by the fact that on the first film's DVD's commentary track the film's makers say the cub in the end has no gender and no real name but it is a genderless "Fluffy". And the film wherein Kiara is, is the only official sequel by Disney and it makes no references to any other cub but Kiara. Resulting in the genderless "Fluffy" and the girl Kiara blending into one. Simba's only child's name is Kiara.

∙ 12y agoAt the very end of the first film, the cub wasn't given a specific name nor addressed as a male or female. However, the filmmakers gave the cub a jokename, "Fluffy", but in The Lion King II, the cub was officially renamed Kiara.
