Tony Weller comes from the Dickens book 'The Pickwick Papers.'

He is the father of Sam Weller who was Mr Pickwick's servant.

They were cockneys and gave out their cockney wisdom to their seniors.

Tony was a coachman and his wife Susan was the Propietor of the Marquis of Granby Inn in Dorking.
