The Greek Alexander, King of the Greece, son of Philipos.
Actually King Philippos the second united the Greeks and when he was killed Alexander was nominated as his successor by the nobles and the army generals of Macedonia. He confirmed his rule over the Greek states and a year later the expedition to the east commenced that gave him the name Alexander the Great.
