He was called jason and was played by Kurt dykhuizen apparently his character was born deaf but could hear with his hearing aids so I think he is naturally deaf as i think they do like to base their characters on their backgrounds but it doesn't say anything about what happened to him after barney he has no other television credits so barney was the only thing he did

Because this little boy accidentally stepped on Barney's foot and he cussed the boy out then threw a chair and stolls at the boy and the director of Barney and friends called the cops on Barney and he got arrested!

Well I don't know the exact time or date or anything but I know what happened. Barney was singing the Happy Birthday song and said, "Sing after me, kids!"
