The menu bar is a bar which has resided the title bar for example File, Edit, View etc. It remain same in all software either it is application or system software.

While the standard bar is reside the menu bar and perform the short cut link on screen For instance new document , Save , Open etc. but it does not remain same in all software. mean Microsoft Word and excel like wise software has similar but in net browser and paint like software has different label or caption.
