I have recently acquired a copy of the true first edition of Eliot's "Murder in the Cathedral," which has been signed by the original cast and some of the crew. Signers include: E. Martin Browne (producer), Robert Speight (Beckett), H. W. Cranfield, Margaret Babington, William A Fordge, Teresa Arendt, Beryl Primrose-Wells, G.P. Hollingworth, Ruth Rennie, G Everal Knight, Hesketh Johnson, Edwina Thomas, and a few others difficult to make out (legibility of handwriting). I, too, would like to see the cast list if anyone has one.

Have you seen Antiques Roadshow at Forty Hall Enfield where a member of the public brought along a copy of the book signed by TS Eliot dedicated to Everal Knight and inside the book there are notes presumably made by Everal Knight. Very interesting.

Watching Antiques Roadshow this evening and Everal Knight’s handwriting in the book brought in by the member of the public was beautiful-if you’re interested you can download it on iplayer.
