Each U.S. Senator is supposed to represent the state from which he/she was elected. Each U.S. Representative is supposed to represent the people of the congressional district from which he/she was elected.(Note that I did not state that a Representative is supposed to represent a congressional district or that a Senator is supposed to represent the people of a state.)
The state of California has a total of 53 Representatives in Congress. Each one has their own congressional district and their names can be found on the govtrak website.
