Who won an Oscar for Best Actor in a leading role after appearing in the movie for just over a quarter of an hour?

In: Oscars
[Edit]

More than 15 minutes long, Anthony Hopkins's performance in The Silence of the Lambs (1991) is the shortest one to win an Oscar for Best Actor. I haven't clocked it, but I remember reading somewhere that he's onscreen for 25 minutes, but that may be the total time excluding the long close-ups of Clarice (Jodie Foster) while she's talking to him.
