I recently insured a hot dog concession stand with Allied Insurance Company. It is just liability as the insured did not want any property coverage. Originally he thought he could only obtain special event policies each time he was going to use it but decided to take out a year policy with blanket additional insureds. It has worked out pretty good for him.
