The P90X review system is a workout system made for people who want to lose weight. People who are obese or want to lose some fat would use this system.
You do not have to use Power 90 to use P90x. However if you feel P90x is too much, then you should try Power 90 and then return to P90x.
Besides what you already mentioned you also use the long stretch bands for certain activities involved in the P90X training.

The p90x is a highly controversial weight loss method, and it is generally frowned upon based ont he necessary stpes to acieve weight loss, though some still use it.

I'm afraid that you won't be able to fully make use of the p90x weight loss program. One of the main aspects of it is a rotating full body workout which requires all parts of the body to be used.

There are many aspects to this proposal that I would like to review with you.
P90X requires a large open area to do the workout in, either dumbbells or a tension band (use lighter weights with many reps to tone muscles and heavier weights with low reps to build muscle), and a chin up bar or tension band. There is also a yoga session, where the use of a yoga mat is recommended, but is not required.
