A moose, but only a male, has antlers that are strong and large enough with enough lethal points to gore a predator like a bear or a lion. However, a lion is strong and brave enough to win fights with black bears without getting many injuries. Lions are really good fighters, not to mention skilled predators, armed with sharp claws and teeth that can bring down large prey similar or larger in size to moose (like Cape Buffalo, for instance) when attacking. If a lion fought with a moose, the moose would end up being killed by the lion unless it hit the lion with its antlers or slashed it with its sharp hooves before the lion could begin the attack.
