Definitely Han. Despite the panache of Jones, Solo has vastly superior technology, and would blast Jones while he was effectively dealing with Chewbacca.
Personality comparison
Weapons aside, Han solo was a much more vulnerable (rendered helpless on several occasions) and less resourceful character than Indy, and depended on a supporting character (Chewbacca), Indiana Jones was nearly indestructible (took many beatings and still won the fights) and was completely self reliant.
On the other hand...
I think Rick Deckard would deck both of them.
