Duh...the Borg of course.

The replicators can make anything out of metal, and do it fast... they might be able to take over all the metal before the borg were able to assimilate them. And since they are made entirely of metal, I wonder if they can even be assimilated. They don't have the weaknesses of humans... and the Borg would be especially vulnerable because they are mostly made of metal.

Probably it would depend on whether the Borg's weapons were superior to whatever metal the replicators were using during that first encounter... whichever way the first encounter went, that is the way the entire war would go because one or the other would gain that initial advantage of knowledge about their enemy.

Who would win a fight between the Borg and Evil Empire from Star Wars?

The only way to defeat the Borg is through a one shot weapon. Species 8472 has shown that if you have a sufficiently powerful weapon it is possible to destroy multiple Borg cubes as they do not have time to adapt. The Empire has such a weapon. The Death Star (and indeed the weaponry on-board a super star destroyer) would give the Empire an enormous advantage. The majority of the Empire's forces would pose little threat to the Borg; TIE fighters would be easily assimilated or destroyed as would AT-ATs etc and their uniqueness would be added to the Borg's. Ultimately though the Empire's advantage with the Death Star would turn the tide. Even without the Death Star (or if the Borg were able to assimilate plans to destroy the super space station and create their own fighter craft to enact the destruction plans) the Empire has two further advantages: Darth Vader and Darth Sideous. The Emperor and his prodigy have something that the Borg will not have met before; the Dark Side of the Force. Vader is a cyborg much like the Borg themselves and as such would appear to be easily assimilated however Jedi, even Dark Jedi are masters of technology. Vader is in complete control of all the technology around him and would be able to take control of Borg nanobots. Beyond this the Borg would be unable to adapt to the telekinetic power of the Force. Additionally being a hive mind the Borg would be relatively easy for a Master of the Dark Side to control. As with the clone troopers Borg drones are of one mind. They start as individuals (unlike clone troopers) but later become one and are linked telepathically through the subspace signals between all Borg drones. Putting aside all of the above and assuming that the Death Star was destroyed; that Vader and Sideous were unconscious the Empire would still win. As soon as either of these become assimilated the game is over for the Borg. The assimilation of a Dark Jedi would actually be the assimilation of the Borg by them. The Sith would subvert and take over completely. Ultimately the Sith would be the only possible winners.

Who would win in a war between The Borg vs Brainiac from Superman?

It's difficult to determine a clear winner between The Borg and Brainiac as they both possess advanced technology and capabilities. However, Brainiac's high intelligence and ability to manipulate technology and data might give him an advantage in finding a way to defeat The Borg's collective consciousness. Ultimately, it would depend on the specific circumstances and strategies employed by each side.
