Depends on the shark. A great white shark attacks from bellow and since crocodiles have soft stomachs they would most likely lose. Great whites also have electrical sensors on their nose and a very good smell which would give it the upper hand,even salt-water crocodiles would be crushed by one blow to the stomach. But all other sharks would lose to a salt-water crocodile,but this is not always the case with other species of crocodiles and sharks

∙ 14y agoIf I am not misteaking, Animal Planet did a show specifically to test this theory. If I remember correctly, the shark won. Only when the croc was in the water though.

The croc would win. It has almost double the biteforce, a faster attack speed, and the deathroll. It would just grab the tail and tear it off, the shark wouldn't be able to swim, so it would drown. The croc would just eat it.
