Answer
Simply, a one supreme, all encompassing, etheryal, all dimensional, God. No idol or vision of it. Something so great that it has no need for shape or form, and really shouldn't even have the term "being" ever applied...as that may reduce the idea and imply some type of form.
The concept of a face and shape and form for God is totally offensive and at odds with Judiasim (and Muslims). I too see it as being absurd and a form of idolitry. The idea of some trinity...clearly is entirely objectional and rejected by anyone who believes in monotheism...make excuses and explanations all one wants...one is one...never more than one.
Answer
The Messiah
Answer
I would like to address the response of "The Messiah": First, I'll be upfront and say I suspect it is a non Jew that contributed it. The Messiah thing really isn't that big a deal to any Jew I know, (although I'll agree some side groups have a special interest in it). But it does seem many christians think it is really important.
Unlike Christians, who directly worship (and bow down) to whom they believe was a messiah, it is my understanding that in Judiasim, while we may presently even pray to God and wish for the coming of the Messiah, when he/she/it does appear - it may well be revered (as say Moses, or even Rabbi Schnerson or any great contributor) - it should be observed and followed, but there will be no bowing or worshiping to it. It will not be, or replace God, in any way. Only the Adonoi gets worshipped.
Additionally, supporting why that last response was nonsensical to a Jew, is we don't have a Messiah to pray to. And I really don't see how anyone could worship something they don't even pretend to know who/what/he/she/it may even be, and actually believes doesn't exist, at least yet.
And to provide a Christian centric answer to the question - I guess Jews worship and honor the same thing that historical Judean Rabbi - Jesus Christ - would have and did.
Comment on both above:
Jesus Christ was never a Rabbi. or any figure in judaism.
Jew's do not belive the Christ is or will be the Messiah, and cannot.
