Whst is the best PC under 500?

the best choice is to choose a dell inspiron from dell.com. U can adjust every spec and i got my pc with 3 gb ram , 19" monitor, great logitech speakers( which if bought alone from Argos is £70), and 2.8 ghz amd processor and 256 mb ati hd graphics card.
