I think it depends on if there is pain. If you have a lot of pain when you pee, and there is a little blood, it might be hemorraghic cystitis. Which is a severe urinary tract infection. You should definitely get to the doctor right away. If there is no pain, maybe you are starting/stopping your menstral cycle. Other than that, I don't know what it would be and you should see a doctor.
I add: HEMATURIA is the name of the condition of having blood in the urine. It can sometimes indicate trouble with the kidneys. It's definitely something that requires medical attention.

∙ 9y agoThere could be many reasons why a person is spotting blood after urinating. The person could have kidney stones or even a kidney infection. A doctor will be able to determine the cause.

∙ 14y agoIt could be a UTI. If there is pain when peeing, it probably is. Drink plenty of water and cranberry juice. A doctor can prescribe antibiotics.
