CHECK THE CLUTCH SWITCH TO SEE IF ITS FAULTY.
MAKE MAKE A JUMPER WIRE TO SEE IT THAT'S THE PROBLEM.
MAKE A JUMPER WIRE WITH AN INLINE 20 AMP FUSE.
UNPLUG THE ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR TO THE CLUTCH SAFETY SWITCH.
PUT THE JUMPER WIRE IN PLACE OF THE SWITCH.
NOW PUT THE CLUTCH IN AND TRY TO START IT,IF IT STARTS THEN BUY A NEW SWITCH.
THE CLUTCH SAFETY SWITCH IS UNDER THE DASH ABOVE THE PADDLE,LOOKS LIKE A LITTLE CYLINDER.

It is most likely the fuel pump main relay. It is a very common problem on civics.
The ECM will not power the PGM-FI main relay (Fuel pump relay) after it detects an accident.
it can be lots of stuff mate... Battery needs charging, dead battery, wires have a problem somwere, fuse of accelerator in the dash blown, even check your fuel level, you need a Honda expert for this...
