If it was a normal delivery she could be suffering from appendicitis, kidney trouble, pulled muscles/ligaments/tendons or any number of other problems. Call your obstetrician or gynecologist or general practitioner and get seen as soon as possible since you would not want an infection or appendix problem to go untreated. The baby needs his mother in top form.
