The cells of the inner cheek are dislodged easily and replaced frequently, so they are a convenient source of DNA.
When collecting DNA samples using buccal swabs (cheek swabs), and two swabs from separate donors touch, this can cause a contamination. I work for Identigene DNA testing center. When this happens and the swab is ran for analysis this would bring up two profiles on one swab. If this happens, we can not verify which profile is the correct profile, so we would order a recollection at that point (no extra charge).
With a DNA kit you can use the swabs and a sample of your saliva to see if someone's DNA matches another person. This is often used to determine paternity of a child.
For humans, blood is easily accessible. There are standard procedures to safely obtain blood from an individual and DNA can be extracted from the white blood cells. However, DNA can also be obtained from hair and salivary swabs but these are not considered tissues.
because we want to study the DNA or we can say that analysis of DNA
yes

A swab taken from you would contain your DNA and thus match your DNA. A swab taken from the alleged victim would contain the victim's DNA and thus match the victim's DNA. What would be shocking is if the swab taken from you didn't match your DNA, or the victim's swab didn't match their DNA. Therefor, it means that you are you, and the alleged victim is the alleged victim.
A bacterial cell that has taken up plasmid DNA is transformed.
It means that you are related

No, DNA can be taken from deceased persons.
yes
DNA is the result of the y and x chromosome combining in the womb. DNA can be taken from anywhere to determine the 3 trillion letters that make up who you are. So unless the part of the body that the DNA sample is taken from produces sugars, then no, DNA does not contain sugar.
DNA has a role in defining characteristics of the subject which it is taken from.
Recombinant DNA is made of DNA taken from two different organisms. It may contain plant DNA but this is not always the case.
