Not all white animals are, or are called, albino. Albinism refers to a specific lack of pigmentation in skin, hair/fur and eyes in humans and animals which are normally pigmented. It derives from the Latin albus, white.

Unpigmented hair is white, so albinos' hair or fur is white. Unpigmented skin is pink (it is white but the presence of blood makes it pink). Unpigmented eyes are also pink or red. (Also from the blood)
