Perhaps because it needs only a central support pole?? Circus tents are not always round although a round design is the best for general vision. Small circuses toured with a central pole in the middle of the ring and this was called 'a one pole tent'. A central section could be added called 'the centre' placed between two poles and this would be called 'the two pole tent' with still a central ring clear of the pole but the audience would be quite near at one side and further away at each end - not as good really to the one pole tent. The much more recent four pole tent is more ideal and can be of varying sizes to suit the required seating capacity or size of the circus. A small four pole tent, say, 80ft in diameter, could seat about 1000 persons whilst the largest (in my experience being Billy Smart) could seat up to 6000 persons. The central ring is an agreed size of 42ft in diameter.
the fair, carnivals, circus or haunted houses
Actually you may think more people would get hurt in a circus then animals but you are wrong! Do you know how people train animals so well? They train them with abuse!!!! ANIMALS WERE NOT MEANT FOR THE CIRCUS!
I say that a circus has animals, clowns, and acrobats. A carnival is close to an amusement park because it has rides and attractions. It may have a freak show, and some really huge carnivals have a circus tent, such as a Big Top.

Circus tents come in all sorts of sizes.
To determine the number of people that would fit into a circus tent you would have to have the size of the tent. Circus tents come in different sizes from the small side show tents to the giant Big Tops.

What is the answer to "round 18.692."
2.1 and 1.9
Zeros, probably. Also circus clowns in costumes that parody obesity.
To the nearest tenth it is: 12.8 because 4 is less than 5
a circus ring is usually about 121 meters in diameter. That is about 350 feet! Billy Smart's Big Top measured 225 feet across. The standard British circus ring is 42 feet in diameter proposed by Astley himself I believe to be the best circle for a performing horse.
several tents is the complete subject. tents is the simple subject
The ancient Mongols are sometimes called The Felt Tent People because their homes were round tents made of felt.
