It's fast food. No fast food is healthy. It wont kill you unless you eat so much of it you get really really really fat and have a heart problems, so it's okay to eat a few times a month. A lot depends on which burger (and other food) you choose, whether at Wendy's or any of their competitors. A Wendy's single with "everything" is 430 calories including 20 grams of fat; this burger with a side salad and lowfat milk is not a terribly unhealthy meal. However, add a medium fries and you are doubling both calories and fat! The double with cheese is 700 calories, 40 grams of fat; the triple with cheese is nearly 1000 calories with 60 grams of fat!
because if you read the labels which its ok you probably dont know how to read they are full of saturated fat and lots of cholesterol
