Because all metals are made with a Metallic Bond or Metallic Net which is a lot of atomic nuclei in a net with electrons passing freely between them which makes light bounce evenly and shine in that special metallic reflection (it is also the reason they are such good conductors) Because all metals are made with a Metallic Bond or Metallic Net which is a lot of atomic nuclei in a net with electrons passing freely between them which makes light bounce evenly and shine in that special metallic reflection (it is also the reason they are such good conductors)
Metals are shiny because their outer electrons (valence) are not attached to any particular atom. Hence, they are free to wander throughout the material with little resistance. So when light shines on metal it sets these free electrons into vibration. Instead of energy springing from atom to atom, it's reemitted as visible light.
Metals contain free electrons. When these electrons come into contact with light they vibrate. They then produce there own light which is reflected back and creates the shiny appearance of the metal.
the factory polishes the meatle so it gives off light or the luster
Metals have lustre as a result of their mineral composition. This is the light glow of the metals which gives them a reflective surface.
because generaly a metal is a solid due to which all elements of the metal are bounded tightly, which forms a smooth suface, which can reflect more light
Because they have valence electrons.
non metals has no luster and is a poor conductor
the fact that it is a metal and has the properties of metals. something being shiny means that it has luster, and luster is a property of metals.
Elements with luster would be classified as metals. Metals will also have the properties of malleability and ductility. Luster: the shine of a metal object Malleability: the flexibility of a metal Ductility: the ability of a metal to be pulled into thin wires

Metals
All metals have some form of luster.
Yes, many metals (not all) have a luster and are malleable.
yes, metals are lustrous in nature.

A metal has luster and conducts heat and electricity. Most of the elements are metals and plastic
NO. It's a property of metals.
Yep
Luster snd
Metals are good conductors of heat and electricity. They have a metallic luster. All the metals are solids except Mercury.

Yes, metals are lustrous but NOT all of them.
