Orangutans are '''endangered''' because people are wrecking their '''habitat''' by cutting trees (logging or deforestation) in the forests where they live. There is an estimate of about 30,000 left in the wild.we are '''deforesting''' our '''forest'''. Orangutans are endangered because humans are logging their habitat to make room for Palm Oil plantations.
they are being extinct because of the devastating effect of the palm oi and the deforestation
Orangutans are endangered mainly due to loss of habitat/deforestation. Orangutans are arboreal animals, which means they spend all of their life in the trees. Their habitat is being level to build plantations on and their trees are subject to logging. Without trees, the orangutan will not be able to survive.
