Best Answer

Because northern Mexico is dominated by the Sonoran and Chihuahuan deserts; due to low humidity and high insolation, temperatures reach up to 33 ºC (91.4 ºF) in July. On the other hand, most of Ecuador has a tropical highland temperature, with warm, constant temperatures of 21 ºC (70 ºF).
