The reason that there are no longer any Evel Knievel toys made is because they were made by the Ideal Company and that company is no longer in business. If someone was to make Evel Knievel toys again, they would have to get licensing (permission) from his estate. Then there would have to be enough interest in him to be able to sell millions of the toys to make back the investment of tooling, manufacturing and licensing.
Unfortunately, there may not be enough children out there in the world that know who he was enough to buy a toy they resembles him and what he did almost 40 years ago.
