This is when I learned this answer , when I heard Dr.Phil say " We Teach People How To Treat Us " Those words helped me realize I had to make the changes inside of me and now I do not allow anyone to take control or abuse me anymore.

If you are a child, it could be that you are living with someone who drinks and loses control, one who is unhappy and takes their unhappiness out on you, someone who just can't handle raising a child and takes their frustrations out abusively, or any number of other reasons. In cases like those, it's NOT YOUR FAULT!
If you are a child in a truly abusive situation, the best thing to do is talk to an adult that you trust, perhaps an aunt or uncle, religious leader, or teacher.
