C9T11 (by Applied Nutritional Research) is a hoax. You would not find a single customer who is happy about this product other than their own site. All customers feel that its not even half as good as claimed. Moreover its customer care unit is totally skewed up. The only reason which comes to my mind for such a lousy customer care unit could be for the fact that product is of poorest quality which fails to meet the claims made therefore they must be dealing with unsatisfied (obviously abusive for the fact they spent so much money on nothing) customers which can surely put best of employees in a negative frame of mind, which obviously means they wouldn't be too eager/happy to help any of their customers. Here is what I went through while dealing with their customer support. I must admit I gave in to those tempting claims, even when I knew everyone is saying it's a hoax. I thought of giving it a shot (God knows why I decided to take that chance). After I paid for the silly thing it took them ages to update my account. The logic is simple here, that if I pay it now then it should be updated in my account within minutes as everything is set online. I shot a message to customer care inquiring about the account update, and they said my order has been shipped. Now the most interesting part, after about one hour I got this message from pay-pal that my order has been canceled. The reason provided for cancellation was that they do not ship to my country, which definitely was a very strange thing, because they ship to all those countries which are there on the list which you get to see while placing order, and the name of my country definitely appeared in that list. After all this I realized that I had caught one of their lies (not shipping to country which is listed already.) That leads me to ask, what's the proof that these guys aren't already telling lies by flaunting the wonders that C9T11 can do.
