∙ 15y agoItchy breasts could be caused by an allergy i.e a change of washing powder or an anti perspirant..or could also be a change in hormones, related to your menstrual cycle.
If you are developing a rash notice any change in the appearance of your breasts, consult your doctor ASAP, as any changes should be checked out straight away.
