not really, the size of your fingers are composed mostly of bone, tendons and skin, constant movement of them doesn't allow much muscle or fat to build there. Your fingers stop growing when your bones stop growing. However there is a fluctuation of size that happens do to retention of water. If you don't drink enough water your fingers will look a little bit fatter.
