Why can't babies have babies?

In order to get pregnant, the body must:

• must have enough growth hormones and have bones strengthen to adult maturity
• begin to release hormones that mature the external and internal body
• have hormones act on specific reproductive organs in males and females
• have time for hormonal changes to begin to level out and normalize, especially in females, which occurs during teenage years
• must copulate, which means "have sex" with a member of the opposite sex (or have IVF) -- infants do NOT have sex or IVF

Infants cannot have sex or pregnancy because:

• they lack the required thought processing to choose to have sex
• their bodies are not matured
• their bodies have not had the release of reproductive hormones needed to mature reproductive organs
• the female uterus has not matured and is too tiny to hold a pregnancy---or cannot even have an egg implant!
• plus a baby, child, or teenager cannot support a child-- physically, emotionally, mentally, or financially

Society has an expression: "Babies shouldn't have babies", meaning young people who are still very much "babies" in life should not and cannot adequately parent a newborn or child. Conception is easy--- but labor and delivery AND raising a child is tough work best left to adult men and women!
