If you don't eat ANYTHING, you end up destroying your muscle mass and muscles keep you healthy and burning calories. If you starve yourself, the muscle mass is diminished then you gain back more fat next time you start eating, and you can eat a lot less and gain weight. Eventually you destroy your health. Don't start that program, it's hazardous to your health also, your body will go on calorie saving mode since your not eating it will save a lot of fat.
