herpes is a virus, like aids or the common cold. viruses cannot be cured with antibiotics, or anyother medication. it can be controlled however with medication such as valtrax.

Antibiotics are usually for bacteria, herpes, a virus can be treated with antiviral drugs. But it can't be cured, once you have it you're stuck with it.
