This is because they are showing that they respect you as their master and are showing submission to you. This shows that you are the dominance of the house because cats usually prance about the place and think they own it! You obviously love your cat (if you have one) and really respect it and I'm greatfull for you.
cats also rollover if your petting them because they feel comfortable with you and they show you there bellys!
