I assume that we are talking about the Jews, the deformed, the homosexual, and the "uninformed".

Well Adolf Hitler and those of the Nazi party, which he created, were evolutionist at heart and they believed that a by breeding the best and the brightest of the German race they could create a superior race the would rule for 1000 years.

As evolutionist, without God, they were true to their beliefs the humans were no more than highly evolved animals. Those that were defective by birth and by belief were subject to their "scientific" experiments, their interment camps, and ultimately their extermination procedures. Without God anything is justifiable.
