because it's heavy, guzzles fuel, doesn't really go fast, doesn't stop too well, and doesn't like corners much either. Build quality was awful, dealership support was intermittent at best, insurance premiums were high, safety features were minimal, and it had a bad habit of turning into a fireball when lightly rammed from behind. All round, it was a bit of a design failure.
