The reason is that Holden wakes up finding Mr. Antolini stroking his forehead or something, which Holden suspects might be a homosexual "pass". Yet almost as soon as he is out of the apartment, Holden begins to ask himself if he might have been mistaken. At this point in the book, Holden is on the verge of a breakdown, and not able to think or reason completely clearly.
Holden left Mr. Antolini's house abruptly because he felt Mr. Antolini was making an unwanted advance towards him while he was sleeping. Holden interpreted Mr. Antolini's affectionate gesture as inappropriate and decided to leave.
Mr. Antolini was a favorite teacher of Holden's at an earlier school. He goes to Mr. Antolini's apartment because he needs a place to stay for the night. He trusts Antolini, and is comfortable with him. This changes during the visit, but if it was actually because Antolini was making a homosexual pass at Holden, or it it was because of Holden's increasing paranoia is purposely left vague.
Holden - awaking from sleep (important point) was aware of Mr. Antolini, in Holden's words, "patting or petting my head". Holden instantly interprets this as a "fairy pass" and decides to leave Anotlini's apartment in a rush. Later, Holden asks himself if he might have been mistaken and the action of Mr. Antolini may have been essentially meaningless. The reader may well ask themselves the same thing. The possibilites range from "Holden was right" to "Holden was on the verge of a nervous breakdown, and had lost touch with reality" and everything in between. Salinger never commented on it, or any other aspect of the book. He belived that the book was to a great extent, what the reader made of it.

Holden tells Allie to "go home and get your bike and meet me in the front of Bobby Fallon's house" because he wants to spend time with Allie and play together. This suggests that Allie's death deeply impacted Holden, and he continues to cope by holding onto memories of their childhood together.
I think only possible role model for Holden is Mr.Antollini his English teacher he is not afraid to go to his house and to talk with him.
