Iraq and Saudi Arabia ...... only
Iraq is to the west of Kuwait. Iraq is north of Kuwait.
The 'Gulf War' of 1991 took place as the result of Iraqi aggression against the small oil-producing Arabic nation of Kuwait and reactive aggression by the United States (and other nations) against Iraq. While the United States had increasingly supported Iraq during the long and devastating Iran-Iraq war (also known as the 'Gulf War') in the 1980s, Iraq's increasing hostility toward Kuwait (due to perceived or actual conflicts of interest between the two Arabic nations), then its military takeover of the nation in 1990, led the United States to foment a response. This response erupted into full-scale war in January of 1991 and resulted not only in the liberation of Kuwait but in partial occupation of Iraq by 'Coalition' troops.

Vietnam, USSR, Kuwait, Somalia, Afghanistan, and Iraq.
The forceful removal of Iraq from Kuwait.
Iraq's invasion of Kuwait was not justified; it was a violation of Kuwait's national sovereignty. Kuwait's request for liberation and the ensuing war to expel Iraqi forces from Kuwait was justified, also on the grounds of Kuwait's national sovereignty.
Iraq invaded Kuwait in 1991
The distance between Kuwait and Iraq (to each other's capitals) is 347 miles. You can go by road - would take you 1 hours to enter Iraq from Kuwait City. In the pedantic sense, as Iraq and Kuwait border each other, you can go from Iraq to Kuwait by simply standing on the border and stepping over, so it would take virtually no time to go from Kuwait to Iraq.
